Kaffir lime leaves are rich in vitamins, including A, B1, B3, B6, B12, C, and D. Thai people use kaffir lime leaves in dishes like fried rice, curry, canned fish salad, papaya salad, and minced meat salad. Adding kaffir lime leaves enhances the aroma and flavor of the dishes.
